Astana Alia Khanoharni Sharif is a Chishti Nizami spiritual home on the Lahore – Kasur Road, gathered around the blessed resting place of Hazrat Syed Ali Hussain Kazmi. Through the year its lamps stay lit for the remembrance of Allah and the love of His Beloved ﷺ: the illuminated night of the 11th, the grand Mehfil-e-Milad of 12 Rabi ul Awal, the Urs Mubarak and the joy of the Mela.
Under the guidance of the Sajjada Nashin, Pir Syed Zakir Sajjad Shah Kazmi, the Astana keeps an open langar and an open door. This site is its living album, shared so every visitor may take a little of that light home.
Ishq-e-Rasool ﷺ
Love for the Prophet ﷺ is the root from which every gathering grows.
Khidmat-e-Khalq
Serving the guests, the poor and the traveller as a way of worship.
Adab
Courtesy toward Allah, His Messenger ﷺ, the Awliya and every person.
Zikr
A heart kept alive with the remembrance of Allah, morning and night.
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe, send blessings upon him and greet him with a worthy salutation of peace.

The annual Mehfil-e-Milad at Astana Alia Khanoharni Sharif: the night of the 11th is kept awake with naat and salam, and the 12th dawns in celebration of the Mercy to the Worlds ﷺ.

A place where the lamps are never allowed to go out. Its doors open for the zikr of Allah, the naat of His Beloved ﷺ, the remembrance of His friends, and a langar from which no guest is turned away.
